Job Description
Join our Upstream Lab team within the Drug Substance Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) organization, where youâll be the first point of entry for external client processes. Youâll establish and transfer upstream cultivation processes developed externally into our environment, enabling seamless scale-up to large-scale.
Requirements
- Plan, coordinate and analyze cell culture processes to drive decisions for upscaling from small scale to pilot and production scale.
- Assess and drive continuous improvement of lab practices, data integrity, and technology/equipment readiness for the future.
- Author and review technical documentation (protocols, batch records, reports) and contribute to technology transfer packages and control strategies.
- Collaborate directly with external clients and internal stakeholders to align tasks, timelines and deliverables.
