Requirements
- Lead client onboardings, ensuring alignment with client requirements and maintain deep understanding of client environments.
- Identify opportunities for uplift and improved security outcomes.
- Provide pre-sales support including solution design, scoping, and client presentations.
- Participation in strategic vendor programmes including but not limited to CrowdStrike Champions Programme and Netskope Evolve Programme
- Assist in the development of offerings, solutions, operational initiatives, and processes to deliver specific security outcomes.
- Design and review of high- and low-level architectures and business cases.
- Continuous improvement of internal processes and client-facing offerings.
- Development and delivery of technical reports and documentation.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Collaboration with other business units to ensure solutions and services meet client expectations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of deployment and architecture documentation for Fujitsu Cyber services.
- Support for the vITSM function in New Zealand, ensuring service delivery and client engagement are aligned.
- Provide technical support to SOC staff as required.
- Delivery of security training and enablement.
- Peer review of technical deliverables.
- Support for sales and business development activities.
- Preparing and improving systems documentation.
- Report writing and documentation of technical outcomes.
- Project management and coordination of engagements.
- Time and priority management across multiple projects.
- Assist with the delivery of pre-sales activities including assistance with proposals, statements of work, presentations, customer meetings, and quality assurance (QA) of customer reports.
- Assist with the delivery of pre-sales and post-sales customer meetings.
- Manage and meet deadlines or report exceptions.
- Manage and meet workload commitments.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Head of Cyber Growth.
