Director of Finance

The Impact Coin is seeking a Director of Finance to build and lead the company’s financial strategy and operating discipline during a period of growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in a startup, high-growth, fintech, crypto, or venture-backed environment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and execution ability.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
