Procurement Specialist

Assist senior team members in negotiating vendor contracts, support the contract renewal process, perform risk assessments and compliance reviews for contracts, and maintain accurate contract repositories and documentation. Monitor and report on vendor performance, spend trends, and emerging risks within the fintech ecosystem. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on sourcing, negotiation, and risk-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, contract management, or risk/compliance.
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance principles, and regulatory requirements in the financial industry (e.g., HKMA, PDPO, cybersecurity standards).
