As the lead for Gold Perpetuals and Cross-Asset Strategies, you will bridge the gap between traditional macro commodity markets and the frontier of crypto-settled derivatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience trading Gold or precious metals (Spot, Futures, or OTC)
• Domain expertise in commodity fundamentals, macro-economic drivers, and volatility dynamics
• Hybrid skillset with systematic, execution-driven environments and strong discretionary judgment
• Technical proficiency in analytical tools (Python, R, or similar) to backtest and refine strategy logic
• Risk discipline with a track record of managing significant books and high-leverage positions through volatile market cycles
