Quantity Surveyor Infrastructure / Data Centre

This is a site-based role for a Quantity Surveyor with 4–5 years of experience in infrastructure, data centre, or similar large-scale projects, focusing on cost control, measurements, and contract administration within a fast-paced site environment.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• 4–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in a site-based role
• Experience in infrastructure or data centre projects is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on site
