Job Description

As a Network Operations Technician, you will identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems encountered by users of various application platforms, provide technical support to end-users, and perform related work as required.
Requirements
- Certificate or Associate’s degree with at least two years of coursework in computer sciences
- One (1) year in a Service Desk/Call Center or system administration (e.g., Network, Windows) role
- Act as first responder to infrastructure trouble-tickets
- Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance on Windows and Linux servers, Security Appliances, Network devices, and SIEM solutions
- Maintain enterprise monitoring Platform
- Assist with documenting configurations and maintaining enterprise repository of systems documentation
