Facilities Coordinator

We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join a private Australian property investment group as the operational backbone for their diverse portfolio, ensuring consistency and precision across multiple locations, safety, legal requirements, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar Facilities Coordinator or Property management role
• Strong knowledge of NSW workplace safety laws and the required contractor paperwork (like insurances and safe work plans)
• Experience using maintenance scheduling software and strong skills in managing money/paperwork (invoices and budgets)
• A valid Australian Driver's Licence and experience managing operations across different locations
