We are looking for a Product Owner who seamlessly blends the skills of a Business Analyst and a Project Manager. The role involves defining what gets built and making sure it gets delivered on time, at quality, and within scope. The successful candidate will own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to delivery and retrospective.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a BA, PM, or Product Owner in outsource companies
- Experience working on 2+ projects simultaneously
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience creating process diagrams (BPMN, UML, flowcharts)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
