As a Senior recruiter, drive hiring outcomes across technical and non-technical functions in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in SaaS hiring
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong sourcing expertise with demonstrated pipeline-building capability
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability
