Job Description
This position provides financial support to the Career Services Director and works directly with the Financial Service Manager. The individual will be responsible for providing a high level of customer services to organization’s clients and training institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least two years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or related field
- At least 6 hours of basic accounting or bookkeeping courses
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy, proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, and MIP
- Ability to pass Excel and other related program assessments
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to lead a 2-person team of Financial Aide Specialists and work with Sr. Management
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
- Ability to pass a background check
- Personal transportation, driver license, and auto insurance
- Ability to travel to multiple locations as required
