Job Description
WILLCOR is seeking a Data Engineer to perform various tasks related to data acquisition, management, and analysis, including designing scalable data management systems, integrating new technologies, and collaborating with government POCs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field
- Three years of experience with data technologies (Spark, Scala, Hive, Hadoop)
- Three years of experience developing scripts, APIs, and/or programs (Java, Shell, Perl, Python, C++)
- One year of experience with geospatial data and/or imagery data
- Two years of experience writing technical analysis reports
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated presentation skills
