Job Description
Full Spectrum is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead their Embedded Software development teams. The Director will focus on technical vision, strategic goals, and operational excellence, managing a team of talented engineers and overseeing multiple client projects. This role requires a strong background in embedded systems and understanding of regulatory compliance (IEC 62304).
