Director of Finance and Accounting

Fullmind is seeking a Director of Finance and Accounting to own the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of a growing company. The Director will establish scalable accounting processes, lead the company through its first external audit, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

Requirements

• Own all core accounting functions
• Lead the monthly and year-end close processes
• Ensure accurate, timely financial statements prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and supporting documentation
• Lead preparation for and execution of the company's first external financial statement audit
• Design and implement scalable accounting workflows and internal controls
• Own the annual budgeting process and forecasting
• Deliver variance analysis and KPI reporting for leadership decision-making
• Lead and develop a small internal accounting team
• Manage outsourced partners
• Ensure smooth collaboration across operations, legal, and leadership teams
