Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

Fullscript is a health technology company looking for a FP&A Lead to own its financial planning and analysis process, improve forecasting and performance reporting, and lead a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related role, and strong judgment, curiosity, and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or a closely related role
• Professional qualifications such as CMA, CPA, CFA, or MBA
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining models in Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar EPM tools)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently
• Strong judgment, curiosity, and willingness to challenge assumptions
• Clear, confident communicator who can translate complexity into action
