Job Description
This Custodial position involves performing custodial maintenance and cleaning within the school building, including maintaining floors, furniture, and other facilities. The role includes cleaning, disinfection, restroom preparations, and responding to requests. A key part is regular work exposure to various weather conditions.
Requirements
- Performs custodial maintenance and cleaning within the school building
- Cleans light fixtures, windows, walls, furniture, bleachers, blinds, and stadium
- Operates carpet cleaning and maintenance equipment
- Moves furniture and equipment within the building
- Maintains appearance of grounds
- Responds to staff requests/concerns
- Performs minor repairs as may be required
