Provides physical therapy and support services to students and staff in Fulton County. Supports children's ability to function, access, and participate safely in all school environments.
Requirements
- Assists in the development of Individual Education Plans and 504 Plans
- Collaborates with other members of in-school teams
- Provides physical therapy services
- Recommends and assists in developing necessary adaptive equipment and modifications
- Conducts assessments and interprets results
- Provides assistance to teachers
- Prepares and maintains required records and reports
- Adheres to professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice
- Adheres to all District policies and procedures
