Paraprofessionals assist students and staff in a classroom or media center, performing various tasks and duties.
Requirements
- Assists the teacher in preparing educational materials for students
- Works with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives
- Assists with daily routine tasks, including distributing supplies and grading quizzes
- Participates in lunchroom, recess, and bus duties
- Maintains bulletin boards and learning centers
- Participates in additional training related to the Dual Immersion Model
