
Job description
We are seeking a Structures Foreman with heavy civil experience to lead structural works across a varied portfolio of projects, including bridges, wastewater treatment plants, and structural infrastructure projects. The role involves leading a crew to safely build bridges, retaining walls, and other structures, and working closely with engineers and supervisors to solve problems.
You will drive and coordinate day-to-day activities of the site crew and subcontractors, lead and coordinate a structures crew, oversee reinforced concrete, precast, and structural steel work, and monitor quality, safety, and productivity.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Structure Foreman, with reinforced concrete and structural steel experience, and a collaborative approach to leading from the front and working alongside the team.
