Revenue Accountant

The Revenue Accountant will support the accuracy and integrity of Function Health's revenue across all products. They will contribute to the monthly and quarterly close, prepare revenue-related journal entries, and maintain revenue schedules. The role is best suited for those energized by fast-paced environments and excited to build in a high-growth setting.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in accounting, with exposure to revenue accounting preferred
• Big 4 public accounting experience is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles, with hands-on experience applying ASC 606
• Experience supporting month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Strong data skills, including the ability to manipulate, analyze, and reconcile large datasets to identify discrepancies and root causes
• Comfort working within and helping improve accounting systems, billing platforms, and revenue tools
• Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and leverage automation to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
