Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a fine-dining or high-end restaurant.
- Strong foundation in basic cooking techniques, including sautéing, roasting, grilling, knife skills, and plating.
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
