As an intern, you will support end-to-end operations of the performance review cycle, collect and analyze market salary data, and perform data cleaning and analysis.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace tools
• Solid analytical skills with good data sense
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong market research ability and structured problem-solving skills
