Sales Team Leader (SG, B2B sales/ SME banking)

We are a digital finance platform providing business financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Southeast Asia. As a Sales Team Leader, you will lead a team of SME Relationship Managers to achieve team and individual targets, develop sales strategies, and identify new market opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SME banking or B2B sales experience
• At least 2 years in a team lead or managerial capacity
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
