Infrastructure Lead

Fundserv is looking for a Infrastructure Technical Lead who will lead infrastructure deployments, coordinate cross-team technical execution, and ensure high-quality delivery across on-prem and cloud environments.

Requirements

• Lead infrastructure implementation and deployment activities across on-prem and cloud environments
• Coordinate dependencies between infrastructure, application support, security, and client-facing teams using Agile/DevOps methodologies
• Assist in preparing and documenting infrastructure requirements, specifications, and designs
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify infrastructure requirements
• Ensure automation, monitoring, and best practices are used throughout the product lifecycle
• Participate in agile ceremonies, and manage Kanban, Jira, and backlog workflows
• Oversee infrastructure test strategy, planning, and execution to ensure alignment with expected SLAs
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the team
• Participate in 3rd level production support for critical escalations
