Senior Engineer - Product Development

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end development of beauty packaging products, including concept design, CAD modeling, prototyping, validation, and production launch.
• Translate marketing and customer requirements into robust engineering solutions.
• Develop detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks for design reviews, tooling, and manufacturing.
• Conduct design evaluations (e.g., FEA, simulated use testing) and document results across EVT, DVT, and PVT stages.
• Collaborate with sourcing and quality teams to define specifications and resolve technical issues during NPD and mass production.
• Work closely with suppliers to optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and quality.
• Support material selection and sourcing activities, ensuring alignment with product performance and aesthetic goals.
• Drive technical discussions with suppliers to gather feedback and implement design improvements.
• Define and validate product specifications and testing protocols in collaboration with the quality team.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks throughout the development cycle.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.
