Legal Counsel

Fuse Energy is a forward-thinking renewable energy startup on a mission to deliver a terawatt of renewable energy - fast. We're combining first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system. As part of this mission, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our London team.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
• 4–7 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house exposure
• Strong grounding in commercial contracts and corporate law, with experience in energy, technology, or financial services a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Enthusiasm for renewable energy, decentralisation, and technology-driven change
