Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a heavy focus on backend roles in high-performance engineering environments
• Agency background working with trading firms, hedge funds, or HFTs
• Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
