Job Description
The Senior Systems Administrator will be responsible for network management and systems administration for customer HPC infrastructure and development environment, including installation, configuration, and support of COTS and GOTS software. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, issue resolution, discrepancy tracking, and report generation.
Requirements
- Experience using the Linix CLI
- Experience developing scripts using Bash/Python
- Experience performing System Administration including installation, configuration, and support of COTS/GOTS software, packages, and libraries in a Linux and Windows environment
- Experience with Network Appliance clustered servers and applicable software
- Experience with hands-on troubleshooting
- Experience with software frameworks for searching, monitoring, and analyzing big data
- Experience with Linux configuration
- Experience with corporate STE/STN security compliance policies
- Experience with SSO/SPP accreditation processes
- Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) principles and automation tools
- Experience with the Atlassian Suite of Tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with sanitization of hardware, firmware, and/or software
- Experience with the USG compliance policies and procedures
