Job Description
This Software Engineer role focuses on developing microservices for the Processing Functionality. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java, Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, mongoDB, and Spring, Kubernetes, Docker, and System Requirements decomposition. The role requires experience with Agile methodologies and Automation and CI/CD practices.
Requirements
- Seven (7) years experience as a SWE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience
- Cloud Experience
- Distributed and scalable Big Data Store experience
- Experience with MapReduce programming model
- Experience with Hadoop, Hive, Pig, etc.
- Experience with HDFS
- Experience with Serialization (JSON & BSON)
