Requirements

• 5-7 years of mechanical assembly experience in aerospace, automotive, defense, aviation, or a highly regulated manufacturing environment
• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to identify defects or non-conformances
• Ability to work in a team, follow strict safety protocols, and maintain a clean/organized workspace
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
