Job Description
FusionTek is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions, guiding clients through complex technology decisions and translating their requirements into clear project plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical support experience in an MSP environment
- 2-3 years of Sales Engineer experience
- Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems
- Deep understanding of networking concepts and design
- Extensive experience designing cloud solutions
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
