Job Description
FusionTek is a Managed Service Provider seeking a remote Systems Analyst to join their expanding team. The role requires a deep understanding of desktop support, Windows, and MacOS, as well as experience with cloud services and server administration. The ideal candidate will be able to handle escalated support tickets, set up new Hyper-V hosts, and work with a range of modern technologies.
Requirements
- CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ required
- 3–5 years of IT support experience in an MSP or fast-paced technical environment
- Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
- Experience with Datto BCDR and/or SaaS Backup solutions
