Kijimea is looking for a Team Lead Influencer Marketing to represent a worldwide leading probiotic brand and expand the creator and influencer marketing. The role involves leading a team, negotiating with influencers and agencies, and analyzing campaign performance to achieve KPIs and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, sales, project management, HR, or a comparable operational role
- Leadership experience and ability to guide, motivate, and develop employees
- Strong organizational talent and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Data-driven mindset and ability to negotiate prices
- Proactive and able to handle short-term requests
