Job Description
We're looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations support, process and workflow support, incident and release coordination, operational monitoring, and HQ coordination.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English language (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, CRM platforms, or reporting dashboards.
