Full Stack Developer - PHP/Typescript

We are looking for a Mid or Senior Full Stack Developer to join a dedicated squad driving the Marketing Email Platform Consolidation initiative. The role involves building integration layers, data pipelines, and internal tools to orchestrate hyper-personalized campaigns at scale.

Requirements

• Integration Development: Build and maintain secure, high-performance APIs and connectors
• Data Pipelines: Develop real-time and batch processing pipelines to handle user identity, consent, and engagement events
• Internal Tools: Build user interfaces and 'Control Tower' features
• Template Engineering: Work with the Iris templating system to ensure it can dynamically render personalized content blocks
• Full Stack Implementation: Write clean, maintainable code across the stack
• Collaboration: Partner with the AI Engineer to implement personalization logic and working with the Tech Lead to ensure architectural alignment
• Migration Support: Assist in the technical migration of legacy campaigns and data from old providers to the new unified platform
