Requirements
- Experience with lifecycle marketing and conversion optimisation
- Experience working with CRM marketing, editorial and commercial teams
- 5+ years experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing or performance-led marketing roles
- Experience managing measurable growth KPIs
- Experience building and optimising acquisition and retention funnels
- Commercial awareness and understanding of engagement-driven revenue models
- Experience leading cross-functional growth initiatives
