The Subscriptions Marketing team is the growth engine of Future's direct-to-consumer business. As Marketing Manager, you will report into the Head of Subscription Marketing to bridge the gap between high-level commercial strategy and ground-level creative execution.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing and campaign management, ideally within subscriptions or recurring revenue models.
- Proven experience managing direct reports and coaching a team toward performance goals.
- Numerate and commercially aware (familiarity with ROI, ARPU, and LTV is essential).
- Experience using AI tools to increase productivity and optimise marketing outputs.
