Job Description
The Line Cook will prepare a variety of food products according to a Daily Prep List. Responsibilities include opening/closing checklists, prepping meats, seafood, vegetables, and sauces, maintaining a clean kitchen area, and assisting with kitchen operations. They must follow standard recipes and kitchen rules.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel.
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
