Sales Support Specialist

Future Tech Enterprise is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to provide valuable customer support and build relationships with customers, sales staff, and technology vendors.

Requirements

• At least one year of business-to-business account/service, or related, experience
• Solid problem-solving acumen and skill
• Self-driven, motivated, and extremely detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and PC skills
• Must excel in a fast-paced environment, focused on driving customer satisfaction
• Solid communication skills – written and verbal
• Must be well-versed in MS Excel and other Office applications
• Ability to work remotely
