Job Description
The Business Controller will be part of the financial function of Tomingroep and report to the Manager Finance & Control. The role involves translating the organizational strategy into practical goals, analyzing and improving processes, and realizing improvements in practice.
Requirements
- A completed HBO education in the direction of Business Economics
- Experience as an advisor and sparring partner for a management team
- Experience with change trajectories and how to involve and enthuse colleagues
- Knowledge of and experience with IT systems relevant to the function
