We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer with experience in customer service and Microsoft (cloud) technologies such as 365 and Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum MBO work and thinking level
- Proven experience in customer service
- Knowledge of/experience in IT, particularly Microsoft (cloud) technologies such as 365 and Azure
- Microsoft certifications AZ900, MS900 and SC900 or willingness to obtain them within a short period
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Good communicative skills and the ability to convey technical information in a clear way
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Excellent command of the Dutch language and a good command of the English language both in word and in writing
