HR Payroll specialist Zaltbommel

We are looking for a Payroll Officer to efficiently manage our European payroll process and ensure compliance with labor laws. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing payroll, providing support to employees and managers, and overseeing the hiring and onboarding process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years' experience in payrolling processing and HR administration
• Excellent Dutch and English language
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong financial acumen
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Good knowledge of the HR fundamentals including Dutch employment legislation
• Driven by a strong sense of integrity and professional ethics
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships
