Hydrographic Technical Support Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic Hydrographic Technical Support Consultant to join our team. As a technical specialist in hydrographic data processing, digital terrain modeling, and bathymetric & topographic data management, you will serve as the primary liaison for both existing and prospective clients.

Requirements

• Offer frontline technical assistance to clients.
• Conduct software training both in-house and at client locations.
• Foster strong relationships with existing clientele.
• Diagnose client systems, pinpoint technical challenges, and present integrated solutions.
• Document workflows, operational procedures, and technical guidelines for clients.
• Engage in marketing and sales endeavors, which may include global conferences and exhibitions.
• Provide specialized consultancy upon gaining adequate experience.
