IT Service Manager Specialist role at a leading retailer undergoing digital transformation, optimizing IT service chain, and advising on business processes. Relevant HBO education and 3-5 years of experience in Service Management or contract management required.

- 3-5 years of experience in Service Management or contract management within an IT context
- Communicatively strong
- Experience in maintaining relationships
- Ability to handle internal and external stakeholders well
- Assertive and able to identify and resolve conflict situations
- Proficient in both Dutch and English
