We are looking for a Medior ICT Servicedesk professional to join our team at Argos Zorggroep, a healthcare organization in the Schiedam region.
Requirements
- First and second line support of the ICT environment
- Monitoring system performance and resolving incidents and requests
- Registering, analyzing, and following up on incidents and requests from TOPdesk or directly from the line
- Resolving incidents and/or performing workspace management related tasks at the Argos (healthcare) locations in the Schiedam region
- Coordinating with Crystal ICT team and suppliers to resolve issues
- Executing various workspace management related tasks, internal project assignments, and installing, configuring, and updating local ICT hardware
- Maintaining the configuration management database (CMDB)
