Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage our IT infrastructure, install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, and provide technical support to end-users. The role involves monitoring and reporting system performance, contributing to projects, and improving our IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Completed MBO4 education in the direction of ICT
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar function
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, AD, and Office 365
- Experience with networks (TCP/IP, VLANs, routers, switches)
- A driver’s license B
- Communicative, both in Dutch and in English
- Proactive, independent, and result-oriented
- Analytically strong and critically inclined
- Flexible, stress-resistant, and willing to work outside office hours if necessary
