Teamlead Financial Administration at TMI Interim, leading the financial team and ensuring timely and correct processing of financial transactions. Responsible for process optimization, reporting, and supporting management in financial and strategic issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or Accounting
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in financial administration, including leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of financial and tax legislation
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems such as AFAS, Exact, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to switch between operational and strategic modes
- Natural leadership and the ability to create structure and overview
