Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Application Manager to join our IT team in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing business applications that align with global business processes and needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT)
- 7 to 10 years of work experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Clear and effective communication (in English), both written and verbal
- Proficiency in system design, development, implementation, and user support
- Knowledge of the following business applications: SharePoint, AX Dynamics, Power BI, and CRM
- Experience with MS SQL Server, ETL tools like SSIS and MS Azure Integration services
- Experience with data warehousing and integrations
- Experience in training users is an advantage
