Co-Founder & CTO - AI PropTech for Municipal Approvals

We are looking for a technical co-founder to help shape the product vision and underlying technical architecture of Landera, a workflow intelligence software for development and infrastructure teams. The Co-Founder & CTO will be responsible for building the company's initial product and technical foundation, leading technical direction, and recruiting the founding engineering team.

Requirements

• Experience shipping production-grade software systems in environments where outputs carried operational or business consequences
• Strong technical judgment across modern AI systems, data pipelines, workflow software, and secure SaaS architecture
• Understanding the tradeoffs between automation, reliability, and human oversight
