Entrepreneur in Residence - Technical Co-founder (CTO)

FutureSight is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence - Technical Co-founder (CTO) to co-found and lead the technical direction of a new B2B AI company from zero. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping AI products to real users and has a strong understanding of frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures.

Requirements

• Own the technical direction from day one: problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment
• Build hands-on — use modern tools and frontier models to move fast without sacrificing quality or maintainability
• Recruit and grow a technical team when the time is right
• Contribute to fundraising — from investor conversations to due diligence
